Packages and access

Home Service: 240 KD for 12 sessions. The package ends after the 12th session or 8 weeks from payment activation, whichever comes first.

App Programs: 5 KD for 1 month, 12 KD for 3 months, or 35 KD for 1 year.

Verified payment activates only the features listed for the purchased package. The 1 KD option includes either Workout or Nutrition for one month. Monthly 5 KD includes fitness, text nutrition and progress; 3 months at 12 KD adds martial arts and media analysis; yearly 35 KD includes higher daily AI limits. View the Upgrade page for exact limits and exclusions. Access ends when the package ends; Home, Booking and renewal remain available. A new verified payment restores paid access. Existing customer agreements remain unchanged.

In-app renewal reminders begin 7 days before expiry and continue until the package ends or is renewed.

Bookings and coaches

Management assigns your coach. Booking requests require coach confirmation. Contact your coach or management to arrange a cancellation or rescheduling.
